설명

관리자 사용자는 모든 ContentNote 및 ContentDocument를 쿼리할 수 없으며 사용자에게 모든 데이터 보기 권한이 있더라도 쿼리는 사용자가 소유한 ContentNote/ContentDocument만 반환합니다.

해결

시스템 관리자 프로필에 대해 "모든 파일 쿼리" 권한을 활성화합니다 . 이 옵션을 활성화하지 않으면 모든 데이터 보기 기능이 있어도 자신이 소유한 레코드만 조회할 수 있습니다.

 

사용자에 대한 권한을 활성화하는 단계:

1. 설정 > 권한 설정 > 새로 만들기.

2. 원하는 세부정보를 입력하세요.

3. 저장을 클릭합니다.

4. 앱 권한을 클릭하세요.

5. 편집을 클릭합니다.

6. "모든 파일 쿼리"로 이동합니다.

7. "모든 파일 쿼리" 확인란을 선택합니다.

8. 저장을 클릭합니다.

9. 그런 다음 할당 관리를 클릭합니다.

10. 할당 추가를 클릭합니다.

11. 추가하려는 모든 사용자를 선택한 후 할당을 클릭합니다.

Description

Administrator users are unable to query all ContentNote and ContentDocument and the query only returns ContentNote/ContentDocument owned by the user, even though the user has View All Data permissions.

Resolution

Enable the "Query All Files" permission for the System Admin profile. Unless this option is enabled, you can only query records that you own even if you have View All Data.

 

Steps to enable the permission for users:

1. Set Up > Permission Set > New.

2. Enter the preferred details.

3. Click Save.

4. Click App Permissions.

5. Click Edit,

6. Navigate to "Query All Files".

7. Check the "Query All Files" checkbox.

8. Click Save.

9. After that, click Manage Assignments.

10. Click Add Assignments.

11. Check all Users you want to add, then click Assign.
